However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are accurate, or free of errors.
If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described please return in an unused condition for a refund or credit.
We will supply any services to you from the date set out in the order for the period set out in the order.
We will provide every effort to provide the services on time.
To receive a full refund for a class please notify us 14 days in advance.
Full refunds from the Site will be given in the event of classes/workshops cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the services please contact us within 14 days and we will make every effort to solve the problem.
If you cancel an order for services and we have already made a start on it, you will be required to pay us any costs we have reasonably incurred.
If you do not pay us for the services you are supposed to, we may suspend the services with immediate effect until you have paid us the outstanding amounts.
We give permission to access and make personal use of the Site as a customer.
However, you are not permitted to:
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy, or sell any product image for commercial use.
The purchase of any product does not provide the purchaser with any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the product.
All original artwork and ideas are subject to copyright and are owned by Julie King.
Tutorial painting projects for learning instruction can be reproduced for educational and personal use only.
We accept no responsibility for any content displayed in any other website that may be linked to, through this website.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise agreed. There are no cash alternatives.

English law governs these Terms and contract between you and us. English courts will have jurisdiction on any dispute that may arise out of this Terms or contract between you and us.
