Sea Shells in Watercolour

Julie demonstrates how to paint a selection of different shells on the beach using wet on dry and wet on wet techniques and a limited palette to create neutral shades.

You will need

Watercolours:
Raw sienna or Yellow Ochre
Permanent rose
French Ultramarine blue
Burnt sienna
Paynes grey
Winsor blue (green shade)

Brushes:
Size 8, 10 and 12 round

Watercolour paper:
140lb NOT (a slight texture)
